Before becoming the director of Tasha Belix Psychology, Tasha worked as an adolescent addiction counselor and a play therapist for youth experiencing depression. She is also the founder and director of B’tween Girls Programs, a therapeutic group for girls aged 8 to 15, and contributes to Fast and Female, a mentoring program where acclaimed female athletes help girls build confidence through sporting activities. Tasha co-authored a children’s book about emotional awareness in 2019.
